Advice needed - Mobile phones

I would really appreciate some help!

I want to buy my missus a pay as you go mobile phone for xmas, and I could really do with some recommendations for what to buy, and where from!

I want to spend around ?100 - all I know is that she wants a camera.

any help would be much appreciated....
