Working it out...

Morning session: 11.30am to 1.30pm (2.30am - 4.30am)

Afternoon: 2.10pm to 4.10pm (5.10am - 7.10am)

Evening: 4.30pm to 6.30pm (7.30am - 9.30am)

Plus the half hour rule to make up overs if required.
