fishing in the Amazon.
He struck a hornets nest with his rod, and, upon discovery that they were the nasty variety, jumped into the river.
Only to be attacked by a shoal of piranhas, drowned in the panic before being finished off by the piranhas.
A tad unfortunate me thinks....
