Thanks for the suggestions so far

Cemetery plots - good idea but they want to be cremated. Getting them an ornamental urn just now might not go down too well...
Jigsaw of Harold Shipman - they still haven't finished the Fred West one I got them last year
Polypins - they'd struggle with one pin, frankly, unless you mean a splint for a parrot?
Audiobooks - nice one, I'll check some out
Roy Chubby Brown DVD - they think they don't approve of swearing. Really, they don't approve of *other people* swearing. When they do it it's fine.
Alcohol - they complained when I did that last year. I got them some much nicer bottle of wine than they usually have but to be frank I'm not convinced they can taste much these days...
Will - they've already done it (and I've done mine too)
Day Experience - an excellent idea - thanks Adam :-)
Viagra - fortunately came out at the same time as my Dad's prostate op, which would otherwise have rendered him impotent - so he's already stocked up!
Magazine subscription - surely I should get them the AK47 first?
Fleshlight - I'd have to get a Baby Dion for Mum at the same time, I suppose?
