I just think theyhave got that losing mentallity at present

Whatever they try and do they lose.

They keep changing the team and still lose. The players all look completley shot of confidence and as soon as they go a goal down they never look like coming back. Once a team get like that they are usually doomed.

Watford and Sheff are losing but they were prepared for a struggle and a relegation dog fight throughout the season. West Ham and Charlton were not.

West Ham are victims of their own sucess from last season. They grossly overachieved and are paying the price. (Like Ipswich did) and like i thought Wigan would this season and like i think Reading will do next season.
