The Board are *not* blameless for where we are. They quite patently kept faith in Worthington for far too long - almost any other Board would have got rid in the summer, and many would have got rid before then. They are also at fault for the wages situtation as adumbrated by Mr Git further down.
However, looking at football as a whole, I think we are incredibly lucky to have the likes of Delia, Wynn-Jones, and Munby involved. Any Board makes mistakes, and I wish ours would publically recognise some of the ones they've made. But at some clubs the directors would have a hard time recognising any member of the first team - not something that would ever be the case here.
I am also a big fan of Neil Doncaster, who imohso does his job very well; and can anyone name another club in the top four leagues where the fans can have such direct contact with the Chief Exec?
