I thought we should have done that too, but ashton was sold

right at the end of the transfer window, so worthy panicked and went for earnshaw

Instead we could have done the whole loan to buy route and then looked at other players in pre season

We clung to the "only x points off the play offs" line too much

Something that no one is saying this year, despite the fact we are only 6 points off the play offs :)
