talking in the pub yesterday

i said that i can't see in my lifetime norwich ever getting into europe, or challenging for the premiership. i doubt we will ever make a cup final, all i can see is us yo yo ing from the championship to the bottom of the prem, how could norwich ever be able to pay players 50 grand or more?
