I don't think most people want a complete overhaul of the board.....

as there are some very good business people on the board such as Neil Doncaster who i beleive has excellent business acqumin.

What i would like to see is a couple of new faces on the board who can inject some investment and bring fresh ideas to the table.

Maybe one or two members of the board should step down too as a few habits and mindsets may be a bit too deeply ingrained and will not take this club forward.
