Small Town Club

I have looked at some of the posts below and apart from the one's where the club is being criticsed for spending ?3m on the league's secnd top scorer I agree with most of them.

The wages situation was one that surprised me. I am sure that I read during Prem season Doncaster making a big thing about the players being on divisional contracts. Clearly not the case now.

Anyway, it appears we have been over ambitious in some areas whilst being guilty of thinking like a small town club.

I also not the comments about how other clubs have struggled since coming down. Tht is a fair point but many of the fans from these clubs have voted with their feet and no longer turn up. We had the second highest gate of the day in the Championship yesterday. How long will that prevail if people are forcd to watch such dross.
