360 and PS3 different types of HD

If i remeber rightly PS3 HD will be in a larger resolution, but that restricts the number of tele's that you can use it properly on or something.
It's all a bit silly really, does want it to look f**king great, or really f**king great? not much difference in the end!
Wee looks cool, I wasn't fussed to start but the adverts are warming me up to it!
