FAO: Computer knowledgables

Im trying to set up my outlook email on my pc so that I dont have to use gmail etc all of the time.

It is asking me for my incoming mail server(pop3, imap, http) and for outgoing mail (smtp) server

What are these and how do I find out what they are?
