What's all the fuss about?

I agree that the new signings are hardly what we'd call exciting but it's surely all about timing.

Our top priority probably isn't a striker but Thorne became a free agent today and NW made the move. If he'd dwindled he'd have missed out and he's been slated for that before, remember last season when we missed out on various targets.

My only concern is that Jarret, at 26 I think, hasn't set the CCC alight as far as I'm aware and it appears he has been promised 1st team football. So I'm not sure whether we'll see another decent midfielder coming in to partner Safri this season.
