Help please, young persons

I have a new mobile telephone. They seem to have moved on a bit since I got my last one. The only thing I care about is having some cool games on it to impress my great-grandchildren. It only has a Sudoku game on it, which is not going to cut the mustard.

Is it possible to download games onto a mobile? If so, how do I do it? (It's a Nokia.)

I know I could google it but I'm a lazy f**k.
