Man goes to the doctors.....

Doctor says Ive got your test results, do you want the bad news or the really bad news. The man says Ill have the bad news and the doctor tells him he only has 24 hours to live. The man is in shock and he asks the doctor how the really bad news could be any worse than that. The doctor replies I should have told you yesterday.
