but that happens so often that it's a bit harsh to pick Grant up on it specifically

and thinking about it, one of the things that really annoys me is hearing ex-players turned crap pundits continually banging on about how a referee can't know anything because they never played the game at the highest level, or because an ex-player has played at the highest level he should instantly be able to manage at the highest level

and then produce super slow-mo action replays from 500 different camera angles to try and back up their point!

maybe i'm missing something but i was never aware that top-level players had the ability to see things in a Matrix-type way, slowing down time so they can see things as the super slow-mo cameras do
