i heard an interview with him a while ago

where he mentioned about realizing what it is like to be a supporter watching you team week in and week out etc. he used to stand on the teracing at maine rd and knows what it is like to see your team play s**te. this is why he does his clap clap bit. seems a genuine pro to me
