Look, this is pretty simple.

When we went down, we got loads of stuff from Doncaster saying it wasn't a financial disaster because clever old him had got relegation wage cuts in place, so we weren't paying Prem style wages. Black and white, that's what he said.

Now we're told that actually we've got no money because - guess what - we agreed to pay wages which were jolly nearly what we paid in the Prem. Black and white, that's what it says.

Those two sets of statements are irreconcilable.
