we are again assuming he'd of just signed the 3 year when we sacked him.
Would we have given him that on the back of struggling results? If we'd given him the 3 year on promotion (which i think is when this changed) we'd of been in a healthy position after a couple of poor seasons.

Hindsight is wonderful though I agree!
