The responsibilioty for that error lies firmly with the board and I hope they learn their lesson. This concept of a rolling contract was ludicrous and they obviously didn't look at the risks, only the rewards.

Worthy was astute or well adivsed, pity he wasn't so astute in buying players.

As for being owed money for players, again that just shows the clubs lack of financial talent.
