However as IH points out, still not compliant, plus the tabbed interface isn't as good as Firefox's. If you're Microsoft-all-the-way, do upgrade, it's worth it (unlike Vista and Office 2007, from what I've seen of the betas). If you're more open minded, go the latest Firefox instead.
