Why is everyone bashing Primus' age?

Saying that Worthy must "think forward"?!

You cannot afford to have an inexperienced defense.

You need Shackell in there with a quality experienced central defender to school him and keep the core of the team.

Fleming has shown that he can play a good game on occasion, but he is not that good, especially for a captain at directing the other defenders.

Remember the few occasions when Shackell was doing all the commanding at the back?! That shocked the hell outta me - didn't fill me with confidence.

Basically - If they are better than what we have, sign them up!
