I see on the Pink 'un site that Camp will play tomorrow because Gallacher is injured and according to Grant might be out for a couple of weeks. Lewis may also not be fit and yet Grant has said that Camp can go back to Derby on December 9th and no attempt has been made to bring in a keeper on loan since Ashdown left. Since he knew he was losing Camp, wtf did he not try to bring in some cover especially as he knows Lewis is not 100% fit?
Grant's decisions are absolutely bizarre, and whilst I can understand that he doesn't want to bring in freeloaders for a few weeks, leaving us in the soapy over goalkeeper cover is criminal. Perhaps it's the fault of the fans for not shouting loud enough about the lack of cover? This comes from someone who really wants him to succeed, not just for the usual reasons, but because it's good to see straight talking Scots doing the business. I'm beginning to think that the boy is out of his depth.
As far as tomorrow is concerned, I will voice my opinions about selecting Robinson or Hughes, but I will do my best to give them as much support as possible.I can't stand back and watch Robinson prat about on the periphery making sideways passes, and not at least ask him wtf he's doing, can I? But I will do my best to cheer them on and encourage them in the hope that they at least win.
You may be interested, if you haven't already seen it, to know that Henderson may be fit for tomorrow and that Doherty and Thorne are likely to be ruled out. I wonder if Henderson will play on the right? I wonder of my morphine is ready?
Oh bollox!
