So where do we start then?...

Team playing poorly - needs the fans to improve confidence and morale.

Fans not 'performing' - needs the team to play well.

Where the hell do you start with that? I genuinely dont know. The only things I think we have to consider is that

a. he is a new manager, having to learn bloody quickly.
b. they are not 'new' players. They are the same players that brought about the demise of Worthy. Grant is not here because everything is rosy - he is here because there was something rotten to the core of the side. And he has got no resources to imrpove it - and has next to no time.

So, although i cant really answer the conundrum above, what the fans can do is try and change the one thing we can - morale and confidence.
