I used to keep a list of European countries I hadn't been to and cross them off as I did. The list seemed to grow rather than shrink.

Iceland, Portugal, Greece, Cyprus, Montenegro, Albania, Turkey, Andorra, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Finland, Russia, Belarus, Ukraine, Romania, Bulgaria, Macedonia, Malta and a whole bunch of Ex-Soviet states which I am not sure are European or Asian.

Even Israel thinks it's in Europe where football is concerned.

I've given up hope of ever crossing them all off now.
