my support is not results based - read on

If you had read one of my earlier posts, I stated that if the players had tried and got beaten then fair enough. What I and probably many others can't accept is a lack of effort and then to get "kicked in the verbal knackers" by the manager IS NOT GOOD ENOUGH !
