there seemed to be a concerted and sustained effort from the fans from the moment the players returned to the pitch for the 2nd half (mainly thanks to a small handful in the snakepit imo)
there was also an improvement from the players (not great, but still an improvement in passing and even a bit of commitment from McSmall, who was abysmal in the first half) which may have been because Grant had thrown some teacups around, the increased volume from the crowd, or a combination of the two.
i reckon Grant could've been a lot more successful when he tried to carefully pick his words but for the loudest thing in the stadium to be the creaking of the bones of the old 'uns in the City Stand he has a bit of a point...
