companies (clubs) can slag off customers (fans) for not appreciating their piss-poor quality over-priced product made by overpaid staff who benefit from a terms and conditions package that the loyal customers could never comprehend.
The more I think about this the angrier I get. Grant is not living in the real world. None of them are.
