I would imagine if you piss off your senior and best players

you're in real trouble in the dressing room. Whatever level of football you play at, all players have their own ideas about how and who should be playing.

If the rest of the side see Saf on the bench and Hucks out of position they're going to have doubts. And doubts translate to poor, unsure performances.

On a Sunday morning, if our best player was left out and our star left winger played on the right, I'd be a bit down about our chances. Pros are no different.
