Ooh a couple more memorable ones, if not the best or worst

Nodding Donkeys @ The Oval on Dereham Rd. Turned out to be Iron Maiden under a pseudonym. Not a fan but they really know how to play a gig.

Dogs d'Amour (6 times) but last time was at the Oval and the power cut out, and instead of giving up they played their entire acoustic EP accompanied by the crowd on vocals. Excellent atmosphere and power came back on just in time for a great encore.

Dumpy's Rusty Nuts @ Waterfront. Great fun.

Fishbone @ UEA - was chatting to Fishbone pre-gig for about 10 minutes telling him the support band were s**t. I thought he was a fan who was dressed up as Fishbone.

First time I saw Dogs d'Amour they were supported by Under Neath What - fanstastic band. Whatever happened to them ?

Others of note - Nirvana, Uriah Heep (!), Anthrax and laughably Richard Marx (with JohnBoy from the Waltons on guitar).
