...got the first two corner appeals wrong first half too (at least I think it was him, sure they didn't swap sides!) - first one was definitely our goal-kick, and the second was surely a corner to them but he called them the other way round.

Definitely not a flag for offside though, just an infringement against us for some reason - can only assume it was handball against Dublin.
