I lay the blame firmly and squarely at the board. OK so it's fluffy to bring in a bright young thing of a manager and carp on about prudence tempered by ambition but you have to admit that unless we have a sea change of ownership then we are f**king well doomed to mediocrity. For ever. Shit innit?
