I feel sorry for Grant

1) His inexperience has stuck out like a sore thumb recently and given time, he'll learn and progress. Further to a post further down the board about Worthington, Grant should learn from his mistakes and don't do what Worthington constantly did.

2) Look at his legacy. Enough said.
