to the extent that the house 'reflects society', and that the white group are being made to 'feel like a minority', and 'threatened', what are the comparable forces at work in society?

Have to say this sounds not that far off the paranoid line of the far-right - that is, that somehow ethnic minorities are receiving unfair priviliges at the expense of the white majority. Which isn't true....
