I think Hucks is fantastic. But most of that is based on his apparent devotion to NCFC, and the fact that he actually is quite good a football. However, he's not so good that I can suffer him being a prima-donna.

He's a player who is coming to the end of his glory days which were largely based on pace. He never lived up to his huge price tags pre-Norwich, and, while being a very good player, does not run the game on his own anymore.

Therefore, if he does turn down a contract offer then he's welcome to go in my opinion. If he accepts it, he remains a legend. But with his age factored in, we should be trying to free up every quid in our wage budget to persuade Earnie to stay.
