...couldn't get his finger out of his arse (or cancel his round of golf, more like) and has taken over 3 weeks to do a 2 day job. Furthermore, hasn't learnt the concept of picking up the funny shaped things that rings on his desk, tapping some numbers in the right sequence AND TELLING PEOPLE WHAT THE FUCKING HELL IS GOING ON.

Hence, we haven't exchanged, let alone completed.
