maybe he's just trying to avoid the question 'are they leaving?', but it seems almost like an ultimatum to pompey - 'make a decision by friday or f**k off'. Notice that he hasn't said the same thing about green - i suppose that means he doesn't have to report to training on friday even if things aren't tied up.
