Well

Orgasmic, Shine (later on), Ha Has and Optic are probably the most trendy at the moment. Optic is good because if you get in early then its free and you can stay in when it becomes a club later. Bedfords (as mentioned below) upstairs bar is also quite good.

Also the Lawyer which has just opened seems pretty decent but i don't know what sort of crowd it attracts of an evening.
