I just wonder how well

People like Mcveigh and even Huckerby will respond to this new attitude of "do what i say or you're out and along the way i'm going to tell everyone publically that i wasn't happy with you" that Grant uses. Hopefully it works but some players may not like it. I guess in the end he'll be able to make his own team with players that can handle that style.
