Oh dear. Anyway, some serious advice...

"Fancy a coffee sometime": 1) It sounds desperate - "I don't care about the circumstances, I just want to go somewhere with you". 2) she won't say "no, I don't fancy a coffee sometime". She'll say "yeah, maybe, will let you know". Three weeks later she will not have let you know. 3) You will then be forced either to let it go, or to chase her up on the idea, which will graduate you from desperate to stalker.

Try "I fancy a coffee. Want to join me ?". She can either say yes, in which case she may be keen. She can say "no" in which case she is probably not keen. She can say "well I'm washing my hair but perhaps another time" (see "no"). Or she can say "Well I'm a bit busy at the moment. You got time tomorrow afternoon ?". In which case you're in.

In any case, you give her the opportunity to be clear about it.
