Pumps are another word for training shoes up here.

I wear pumps when taking the dog for a walk, although it has been the sturdy welly boots for my walk along the prom recently with this weather.

My point being you are probably quite confused, and I think there are 'specilaist' websites you could look at to fill your desires.
