the golden rule of ebay is:

Never post before you have received payment. A girl at uni with me posted a phone she had sold before they had paid, she has never received payment. Ebay couldnt do anything. It would be best to email the buyer, ask for payment within 5 more days, if no payment email ebay explaining situation and leave bad feedback for the buyer. The worst thing that will happen is that they end up leaving bad feedback for u, but you can leave a follow up comment explaining the situation underneath their bad remark.
