How have we become so s**t in such a short space of time?

Last night was depressing. Other than Hucks 9until he got knackered) we had no threat whatsoever. Plyers looked off the pace and several players distribution (Drury, Robinson (when over 5 yards which isn't often) is abysmal). Etuhu (goal aside) just strolled about - is he the most frustratingly underachieving player ever!We cannot cross the ball properly to save our lives. There is no sign at all that these players are coached on a day to day basis. On several occasions Cureton was just left totally unmarked in the penalty area. When it is not going well we have absolutely nothing inspiring to bring off the bench to change it.

Admittedly 2 or 3 players were not match fit and slightly off the pace but i thought Colchester looked sharper and much more of a unit throughout the game despite the sum parts of their team being much less than ours.

There is also no atmosphere at carrow Road at the moment as everyone is so numbed by our s**tness.

The board watching that should hang their heads in shame at the state they have allowed our team to deteriorate to during a period when we had a prime opportunity to bounce back to the prem.

Grant needs to get shot of all of the pathetic previous coaching staff (including Hunter), get some proper coaches in there and go to the board and demand funds to bring in a 4 or 5 players minimum.

The only bright point was Dion Dublin who i thought was excellent when he came on and game us so much more of a presence up front. This bunch of donkeys clearly need a big target man up front so he should start alongside Earnie for the next few games.
