And to be honest, I expect Grant to be making naive decisions like that. It's his first managerial job and it is inevitable that he'll make mistakes. He's got to learn and he has to learn quickly.

He was partly responsible for what happened at Stoke on Saturday, but I am not going to hold that against him.
