Serious question - web site design

Does anybody know of somebody / company that can produce a web site for a reasonable price. The site will need to used for on line membership payment.

Any ideas of cost (current site hosted by a different business) and can you keep your web address.

Norwich City Supporters Trust needs a new website to go with it's relaunch. Never was there a more urgent need for the Trust to aim towards an elected fans Board Member.
