Grant isn't the problem, its the squad - or lack of.

He hasn't got a squad or a team. We have a few decent players, but we have no depth. With Earnie, Hucks and Safri out, McVeigh (ponce) suspended he was left with nothing but a reserve side. He admitted the Doc as holding midfield was a mistake ( something NW would never do).

This season we will consolidate, let Granty build his own side and next year should be a lot better.

Grant will lead us back to the prem, just wont be overnight.
