I'll say what I think regardless - thats what message boards are for.

Don't get me wrong I really hope he turns it around, all I'm saying is that we cannot afford to dither like we did last time if he can't turn it around, and bearing in mind he's a rookie manager with no experience whatsoever then it may well prove necessary to act.
