Is it realistic to expect major changes to squad personnell in Jan?

we need massive restructuring of our squad.

In my view the following probably all need to go.

Doug Livermore.
MLJ
McVeigh
Hendersen
Dublin.
Hughes
Robinson
Fleming
Thorne
Jarvis

That is half our squad. Could we realistically get shot of all these guys in January? and bring in new players as well?

Or will we have to wait till next summer for the big clearout?
