Malky and Flem in the promotion season were immense.

Charlie and Flem were the best centre-half pairing in the Prem... sadly when Charlton got injured we never saw them play together again.

Shacks and Flem are a safer pair of hands at the moment than Doc and Shacks.

That doesn't remove the fact we need to sign two new players in those positions.
