or I should say was trying to make it to half-time at 0-0.
He probably realises that even with a full squad 4-0 away from home is not uncommon. With the players available he must have feared what would happen with youngsters on the pitch if we went 1-0 down after 5 mins......

The subs bench has eagle + the 2 jarvis's. I think he was hoping to keep it tight this half then go for it once the players realised they wouldn't get battered.

Not sure what he'll do now though.
